Pars Arvin Construction, Inc. (PACI) is a single location business based in Tarzana, California and has served the public-sector markets in SoCal for Education since 2001. PACI has completed countless of schools in the Los Angeles and Ventura area.

We are a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor (B-license) and hold a California State C-10 (Electrical) license. We have successfully completed hundreds of projects for a variety of customers including the Long Beach Community College District (LBCCD), Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD), Pasadena City College (PCC), Glendale USD and Oak Park USD.
